We use the ReBoxt Circular System. By The ReBoxt Company. Sustainable packaging made simple.

We send items out either in their original protective packing or use recycled boxes where ever possible to reduce landfill and help the circular economy. This may mean the box you receive may have various branding or labels on. We only use structurally perfect boxes and packaging to ensure the products arrive in great condition. If you require a specific order to be sent in a completely neutral box for a present as an example- please advise @ checkout and we will do our best.

Most of the small to medium items listed on our website are sent through DHL E-commerce. This allows you to fully track from dispatch through to a safe delivery. We only advise DHL to drop @ your door step with a signature or to leave with a neighbour. If you require the items to be left in a ‘safe place’ please advise this through your tracking link email on DHL’s website. Once your order has been dispatched. A tracking number will be sent from DHL with your shipping options via email. Updates are then sent via mobile text and email leading up to the delivery time slot stated.

For larger items we arrange a dedicated truck/ delivery service and will try advise a day/ time when to expect.

In the rare case the product or products have arrived to your address damaged. Please report this to us within 48 hours upon the shipment landing at your address. We want to assist you with the issue and get the product replaced or the situation resolved ASAP.

If the box is damaged prior to opening. Please make a note with the driver and have them note this down along with your signature. Please take a clear photo of the package for your own records. Please send us this photo and a description of the issue to sales@egmshop.co.uk or reply to your original order confirmation email. We will aim to reply within 24 hours on a working day.

*We highly advise against placing any fragile or bespoke orders (such as LED signs) if you plan to be away during the dispatch/ delivery period. EGM cannot be held liable for damages once a product arrives and has been signed for after the 48 window due to insurance procedures.

Most of our items are processed and dispatched within 24 hours during the working days. We want them to reach you ASAP and get those spaces brightened up!

We have a range of products in most categories that are in stock and ready to ship from our depot. To view please tick/ select the filter @ the side of the products (Next Day Shipping). You can then upgrade the shipping @ checkout for this service on the products that appear.

*Please note orders placed over a weekend period on a next working day will be shipped Monday. Arrive Tuesday.
*We also offer an upgraded premium Saturday service for any orders paced on a Friday required for next Day delivery.

*Occasionally an In stock item that’s available as ND may go suddenly out of stock from a large order due to our online activities. This item will be placed on back order. Any ND orders will be fast tracked and prioritised. We will make contact in any such event.

Weekday orders: For orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday). We will ship the same day and you should get the order the next working day. Full tracking will be sent via email confirmation, once the order has been despatched. Please use the tracking code to locate your item and/or track live progress.

Friday orders: For pre 2 pm orders on a Friday you have the option for next working day (this should be delivered on the next working Monday after the weekend) or we also offer a next day weekend service Saturday at a premium from our couriers. Please select this delivery option if you want the panels to arrive for the immediate weekend.

Weekend orders* for orders placed over the weekend. These orders will be shipped on working Mondays and arrive on Tuesday when next day is selected and paid for at checkout.

*Please note we will do all we can to process the orders and prioritise Next Day upgrades. Once dispatched and collected by our courier. We are not liable for delays in shipment. You will receive full tracking and should be kept up to date via email/ text. Our courier has a 99% success record for the ND service with parcels arriving the immediate next working day. They do advise ND can be up to 3 working days. Any longer than this and we can request a refund upon your request.

We believe quality, low maintenance products should not cost the Earth or be exclusive for the ultra rich! We are mainly an online based company that supply the trade. Having operated in the trade for 10+ years we know our market well. We buy in bulk and keep our overhands down to pass on the savings to you. Some of our retail prices are half that of our competitors and better quality too… We ain’t cheap. Just fair!

Please see your order confirmation email. This contains a link to a view your VAT invoice online. From this you can easily print/ save. This email contains your full order and the VAT payable + all business information required to claim back your order for HMRC filing. This is automatically sent once your payment has been processed and you do not need to request from us.

If you are unable to find the confirmation email from a previous order. Please contact us with the email address you believe to be on the system + order name and we will check and re send.

You have probably seen a few install videos from influencers or fitters where a black felt has been used directly behind the foliage panels to hide or disguise the surface appearance.

The majority of our premium foliage panels are dense/ thick enough to not require this. They should hide the surface wall well enough to hide the surface material behind. For example a brick wall, solid timber fence etc..

We only advise a black out felt when there is direct light shinning through the surface behind. To ensure you create a finish that is realistic. Surface types for example such as a single sided slat fence that has direct sun light or a street light shining through.

If unsure – please do not hesitate to contact us.

Based on a standard 6ft x 6ft (180 cm x 180 cm) fence panel.

If you would like an easier install then please buy 4 x 100 cm square panels. Simply join up and cut off the excess.

Or you can get away with 3 x 100 cm panels + a single 50 cm square panel if you are willing to re use off cuts and spend time joining together to make up the final quadrant required for that size.

You can usually get away with measurements that are economical for our meter panels @ 175 cm x 175 cm (for the designs that have foliage overhanging to hide the 5 cm gaps) = you need 3 x 1cm square panels + 50 cm finishing square. Simply use a full 100 cm panel and save the off cuts from the other 2 panels. Re configure and join up to make the final square from the offcuts produced. Use the 50 cm panel to finish/ make less bitty. *You will need zip ties to aid in connecting the off cuts to the main section.

Yes. Simply use sharp scissors to cut the panels to any shape/ size required for the standard range. For the premium metal backed range. These can be cut with wire cutters.

Top Tips:

*Use the holes within the plastic netting (square with diagonals and central hole in each corner + 200 mm along the edges) for the fixings. These are the strongest and hide the fixings within the foliage.

*Don’t use the outer male/ female clips along the perimeter that join the panels as holes for fixings.

*Check for pipes or wires that maybe within a wall surface prior to drilling anything into walls for peace of mind and your safety

Fixing onto Timber (fences/ frames/ trellis) or stud walls:

• You can use a heavy duty staple gun. Fix each corner + every 150 mm to 200 mm along the perimeter. This is usually the best option as it will not have any fixings protruding the other side= happy neighbours
• Or you can use metal washers + 5 mm head screws to secure in place. Fix each corner + every 150 mm – 200 mm along the perimeter. Just make sure the screws don’t penetrate and show on the other side if visible*
• Zip ties- if you have gaps in the support frame you can tie the panels in place.

Brick/ block or rendered walls:

For smaller installs.

• Simply raw plug into the wall. Then add a metal washer + 5 mm head screw. Fix each corner + every 150 mm to 200 mm along the perimeter
• Or you can build a treated timber frame. Spacing the batons every 50 cm + the full perimeter. Then fix in place using the above timber options.

For bigger installs or trouble with getting mass fixings into block works:

• Fit a ply or plastic stock board (for any outdoor wood make sure its treated or marine grade ply) to the wall surface and staple gun the panels in place
• Or fit a metal wire mesh/ grid (ensure its galvanised for outdoor walls) to the wall surface. You can then zip tie our panels/ plants to this to secure in place.

Our panels are usually 50 cm x 50 cm or 1 m x 1 m. This should be made clear in the product description.

To work out how many panels you need:

50 cm x 50 cm panels:

• First measure the length in cm’s + the height in cm’s and write this down
• Then  multiply the length x height in cm’s to get a sqcm
• Divide this by 100
• Then Divide this again by 25
• This then gives you how many 50 cm panels you need to order
  *anything over a full number = you need an additional panel to finish this. For example 5.7 would mean you need 6 full 50 cm panels for this area.

Our 1m x 1m panels:

• First measure the length in cm’s + the height in cm’s and write this down
• Covert this to meters by dividing by 100. For example 225 cm = 2.25 m
• Now multiply the length in m x height in m
• This then gives you how many 1 m panels you need to order
• For example 215 cm x 215 cm. Divide by 100 = 2.15 m x 2.15 m = 4.65 panels = 5 panels required
  *anything over a full number = you need an additional panel to finish this. For example 5.7 would mean you need 6 full 1 m panels for this area
• *we do sell 50 cm panels from our 1 m range- please see the sample/ finishing products

*If you prefer to work in inches you will need to convert from inches to cm’s

• 1 cm = 0.39 inches (50 cm panel = 19.5 inches)
• 1 m = 100 cm = 39.37 inches

When covering a larger surface area you can either:

• Buy two or more different panels that compliment each other (like Bloom + Florian) and alternate the design. We have ready made combo packs that do this for you: Click here to View. If you are unsure on what panels go well, together. Please feel free to contact us on live chat or the contact form.
• Fit all the same grade: Some good tips tip for walls that contain all the same foliage- each panel is slightly different but you can swap some of the larger infill around to remove any repeat patterns – simply unclip/ cut off the zip ties and place somewhere else on the panel. We then recommend zip tying these back on to secure. UV stable Zip ties are available to buy from our infill range.
  Or
  Unclip the panels into the 25 cm or 50 cm quadrants and re clip together in a random fashion to create a varied effect.

Simply zip tie the branch section of the plant to the netting of our panels. Use 1 -2 zip ties per plant to secure in place. To get more from the infill plant you can cut the foliage and split the plant into multiple stems. UV zip ties available in the infill pants range.

Simply click and connect the male + female ends of the panels to join up to make any width or height required.

*If you have trimmed an end panel- you can use zip ties to join securely before fastening to your wall

Yes all our panels are UV protected for a minimum of 8 years + the plastic will not degrade in the frost.

Technically yes- if they are to be permanently fitted indoors and will stay dry. A specialist chemical can be applied that is absorbed into the plastic material making them FR and meeting certain issuance criteria’s. If they get wet however, this will need reapplying.

For outdoor foliage, you will need to order FR rated panels.

You have various options on how to install your new LED Neon sign.

If the light is going on a flat surface wall with no foliage behind then you can simply use the provided screws + caps. Or for a professional finish: 30 mm Standoffs (the sign will need 8 mm pre drilled holes)

If you have a foliage plant wall behind- you can use zip ties. Longer screws + screw caps (advise around 70-90 mm screws) or for a professional finish: 60 – 80 mm Standoffs (the sign will need 8 mm pre drilled holes)  to allow the foliage to sit behind the sign naturally.

Unless upgraded- most of our neon signs are sent with pre drilled 2.5 mm holes to allow for zip ties or screws. Please upgrade to standoffs for this finish and to prevent a mixture of hole sizes. if in doubt- please make contact 😊

More advise: 

Zip ties: A really basic and easy way would be to use strong zip ties to hold in place. Simply secure to the netting or a hook. There are usually fixing points in the Perspex that will allow for this. If not drill small holes and link up. Only drill into segments of the Perspex that have a decent coverage. Never near an edge. All our in stock and exclusive ranges come with Zip ties that are green to blend in.

Standoffs: For a more professional finish stainless steel standoff spacers are advised. You may need someone who has a good DIY skill set. Ensure the spacers allow for any wall covering (like our wall panels) to ensure the sign/ board is clear. You need 8 mm pre drilled holes to allow for the 12 mm x 30/60/80 mm standoff fixtures.

Suction cups: great for doors/glass surfaces – however we advise securing the wire in case the suction failed without warning.

Celling wire hook kits: hang from a ceiling or surface to suspend the signage in air.

Yes- we offer samples on our foliage wall panels and grass range. Our foliage samples are hand finished to represent the design of a full panel in a miniature version. Please search SAMPLE in the search bar to view our full range. We will then be in contact with you a few days after your shipment arrives to check-in and to ask if we can assist with your project. You can also return these if you decide to go ahead with the order for a refund and save on wastage. Please advise us once ready to place the main order and we will advise.

Yes- please ring or email us in advance to arrange an appointment to ensure someone is available to assist you upon your arrival. We can usually offer same day time slots or book in advance for future dates. We are open Monday to Friday. We also offer after hours and Saturdays with advance appointments booked in.

We offer complementary bottled water, fruit juice or hot drinks. We have our own car park and toilet facilities here.

We love bulk orders and offer certain discounts on multiple boxes (30 + panels)/ pallets. We hold high levels of stock, however with us being internet based stock levels vary by the hour as orders come in. We deal with large scale Events Companies, national suppliers and general public on big projects. We always advise notice is key.
